Back From Spring Break!!!

Spring Break is over! I was bored all week... I am EXCITED to be back in school. Learning and SEEING MY FRIENDS!!! Except Mondays... I have Quest. But now there is two weeks before TAKS!!! I haven't stressed about it. I mean we had two benchmarks that were last year's TAKS test. And I got an A on both so I am NOT worried about this test. To me the TAKS test means that you stay or go, pass or fail. The importance of the TAKS test is that it determines if go off to the next grade level or not. I think that middle school or Texas deems the TAKS test most critical. My confident level is just right not to where I am honking my horn or being stressed over it. If I a ever in charge of the the TAKS test I would make it shorter and only for 5th grade. Because personally I think it is way too long. I mean 50 questions just to see if you understand the concept of it all. For the fifth grade is because most of the fifth grade in Mesquite go to a new school to go to sixth grade. That's what I would do with the "Big Ugly".

Sea of Monsters

Percy is at yet ANOTHER boarding school. Percy has made a new friend his name is Tyson. Tyson is VERY tall. They are playing dodge ball at gym. But Tyson isn't the only new kid in school. There is also a group of bullies who have tattoos and SAY they're from Detroit. So Percy and Tyson go to gym. In gym they are playing dodge ball. When all of a sudden the new bullies turned into giants!!!! The mortal bully yelled, Hey! Your not from Detroit!" One of the giants threw a fireball! But then Tyson caught it! Then Annabeth came in invisibly. {she was with her dad} And suprised Percy. She took off her invisability cap and slashed at one of the giants with her bronze knife. Percy knew that Annabeth and Tyson couldn't hold them off forever. So he got one to aim at him. He was in front of a boiler. The giant threw he jumped out of the way. The boiler EXPLODED! The gym coach called the police. Annabeth, Percy, and Tyson left before the police showed up. When they were out of sight Annabeth asked Percy, "Where did you get him!?!" "Hey he's my friend." "We have to get to Half Blood Hill" Then Annabeth started to explain we have to get there by the gray sisters. Then Annabeth started a prayer. Please take this offer and send us the Gray Sisters. She threw a dracma into the air it disappeared before it could hit the ground. Then a cab appeared.

My Weekend

I spent my weekend at a mobil home in a beautiful pasture. The only thing ruining my weekend is that my stepdad and stepmom are smoking and drinking beer. Now I smell like I was soaked in a ash tray. Any way back to the story. When I got to the house in Van, TX I was greeted by my stepmom Kaycee and the littlest brother Cooper. We hung out Friday afternoon until it was time for two of my stepbrothers to go with their dad but, Darien the oldest brother {still younger than me} stayed and Jake {he is 8} left with his dad for the weekend. We had pork chops that night and Cooper "accidently" locked the Suburban door and the keys were in there. After eating I cleaned up and went to sleep on the living room floor. Saturday we had a late "breakfast" it wasn't breakfast it was a sandwich. After that we went hunting in the woods on our property. We had two pellet guns and a rope. We went to our pond where we saw some ducks then we went to the "bird hangout" tree and Darien shot a bird. Poor bird :( We found where it fell it wasn't dead though it was badly injured. When I say it was badly injured I mean my brother shot like half it's wing off! Eww. I surprised it didn't die of blood loss. He {Darien blasted some holes through a old tackle box that no one uses and laid the bird in the tackle box and put some ham in the tackle box. Now it is resting up and healing. Thank the Lord. Sunday we had eggs, biscuits, and sausage. By the way did you know that Creole taste good on eggs? After that I helped my 3 year old brother do wheelies. By the way he really likes doing wheelies. because he can't ride a bike yet then we went to the house we are going to move to. It has a pool and everything! We played some catch and played some Catch and Kick. {instructions for Catch and Kick in different post} Then I went to my mom's at 3 o' clock in the afternoon.
